The Pop in Your Job:
I find true satisfaction in navigating the dynamic space where technology meets strategic decision-making. I love creating comprehensive reports because it empowers stakeholders with actionable data insights and helps them make confident decisions.
Having my finger on the pulse of technological developments fuels my enthusiasm as I help shape the direction of New Work in a rapidly changing landscape. I truly enjoy participating in productive discussions with stakeholders and tackling challenging requirements; I always strive for data-driven solutions.
My work is more than just a career - it is a mix of dynamic challenges, empowering insights and the excitement of innovation that motivates me every day.
I am a business leader with a successful track record in enabling and championing insight driven commercial action in international companies. I am focussed on creating and achieving customer and business opportunities, by leveraging the information asset. I am a champion of Knowledge Driven Action throughout the organisation.
I love people development, giving people big opportunities and helping them to achieve success. I really enjoy building and inspiring teams, with lots of successful experience leading cross functional and virtual teams.
I have more than 9 years of experience working with Data Visualization Tools, mostly with Tableau and Power BI. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Economics, 2 specializations in Marketing and Business Strategy, and a Master of Science in Governance and International BA, I have a balanced mix of Technical and Business backgrounds.
My main focus nowadays is to foster data-drivenness across the company by enabling and ensuring the proper adoption of Data Visualization Tools; all of this by facilitating best practices through training, consulting and standardizing processes.
The Pop in My Job
Nowadays, we read everywhere that Data is the most valuable asset of any company, but I partially disagree; to make this a worthy statement it must follow with: "solely when used properly". I think of Data Visualization as the connecting point between BI and Decision Makers, making it critical to provide exceptional solutions; otherwise, BI risks losing the trust of the business. My passion then is to prepare Analysts with advanced techniques and tools to provide their Stakeholders with top-notch BI solutions, as well as training End Users to make the best use of these.

Two decades ago, I embarked on my professional journey as a Business Intelligence developer, and today, I find myself leading a proficient team of Data Management and Governance experts in the IT division at Roche.
In the interim, I've worn many hats, delving into various technologies, and dabbling in different business sectors, most notably the automotive and healthcare industries. I seized opportunities that challenged me to lead teams and oversee comprehensive Data and Analytics implementations, while simultaneously widening my knowledge scope.
These experiences have fine-tuned my perspective, clarifying to me that Data has progressed from an isolated IT concern to a core business driver - a transformation I've been privileged to witness first-hand.
I've spent over 5 years in the fascinating world of Data Analytics. My journey started at Etisalat in the Middle East, feeling like a detective uncovering secrets within data for 30 million users. Then, at Careem, I had a hand in shaping marketing campaigns, making things happen behind the scenes.
Orange Egypt taught me the art of predictive analytics, and Free-Now in Germany got me up close with product decisions, focusing on what really matters to customers and drivers. Now, I'm at Wise, where I'm part of something bigger – moving money without barriers.
Joining Wise in 2023 has been like finding a place where my passion meets purpose. And now, I can't wait to share my story, insights, and the lessons I've learned!
