YOU WANT TO BECOME A SPEAKER? HERE ARE YOUR SPEAKING OPTIONS

How can you contribute to the program?

Keynote

Your convincing presentation addresses several core topics at once, addresses essential questions and provides a suitable framework for the overall topic of the event – this is the best basis for a perfect keynote. Let your colleagues benefit from your experience, share your thoughts with the entire community and, as an expert, give the event the decisive impetus in terms of content that will trigger an insightful discussion.

Case Study

Cutting-edge case studies from the industry on strategic approaches, project planning and operational implementation – an essential contribution to the event and the best opportunity for your optimal benchmarking with the competition. Share your most successful practices and interesting solutions with your colleagues, present your current project and benefit from the competent feedback of your community.

Icebreaker

The Icebreaker Sessions are round table discussions on the eve of the conference to help participants get to know each other. Are you interested in approaching the overall topic of the event together with your colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere? Use the Icebreaker and place your overarching questions as a moderator and support the exchange of experiences with individual intermediate questions and your comments.

Challenge Your Peers

Challenge Your Peers are open discussion groups with the aim of collecting as many new ideas as possible. While the form of the discussion is open, the content is thematically focused. Take the opportunity to discuss concrete challenges, approaches to solutions and sometimes provocative theses with your colleagues in the form of a structured brainstorming session and take away a variety of impulses and highly competent answers to your questions.

World Café

The World Café Session is not only one of the most dynamic interactive formats at our events, but also the format with the most comprehensive results. Starting from concrete and precise questions, you work out joint solutions for your most important challenges with your colleagues. Over 5 rounds, discuss the challenges, the approaches to solutions and collect interesting takeaways in each round.

Fishbowl

As a dynamic alternative to panel discussions, the fishbowl session primarily serves to find answers and solutions to overarching questions and challenges. In an intensive and interactive exchange, you and your colleagues discuss different perspectives on the issues that everyone in business has to face. Act as an impetus for the overall discussion and help to prepare the content framework of the discussion. Join the discussion and share your knowledge during the fishbowl session, get feedback for your approaches from your colleagues and take valuable ideas with you!

Chair

Are you comfortable in the role of chair, do you bring a broad range of topic-related experience from the field and do you have the ability to summarise complex content and overarching issues in a pointed way? Then the role of chair at the event is right for you. Frame the programme with your comments and guide the event participants through the programme as a competent companion.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR ACTIVE CONTRIBUTION? WE HAVE YOU COVERED

Which details do we need from you?

Headline

Excellent lectures deserve an appropriate title just as much as very interesting discussions. Send us your exciting proposal. We will be happy to support you in announcing your contribution optimally in the programme. A good title is short and should be stimulating, while at the same time reflecting the content of your session well. You are therefore welcome to use a more detailed and concrete subtitle.

Abstract

In order for your contribution to be noticed accordingly in the programme, we need a short description of the content. What do you want to present? What is the key message? What are the key issues you would like to discuss and, most importantly, what do you want participants to take away from your session.

Key Takeaways

Many presentation topics and discussion questions deal with complex interrelationships and a multitude of different aspects. Help your colleagues and give the essential aspects of your session in the form of 4-5 key points. This will not only give you a better overview of the programme. In addition, you will receive a kind of roadmap for your session in advance as a table of contents, which will also make it easier for you to proceed on site.

Short Bio

Your colleagues want to get to know you. In a few sentences, present who you are, what your professional strengths are, where your main interests lie and what your current responsibilities are in your current company.

Speaker Picture

Your perfect appearance also includes your current photo. Let your colleagues know which face belongs to the name and send us your current photo.

Company Description

Whether as a speaker or moderator, at our event you sail under the flag of your company. To introduce your professional environment to your colleagues, send us a short description of your company as well as your department, if applicable. Let your colleagues know in a few sentences why your company is an exciting and pleasant environment for the implementation of your projects.

The Pop in Your Job

Behind every successful project there is sometimes a lot of personal passion. We want to know what your passion is. What moves you? Why do you find your work particularly exciting? Share in a few words, as a motto so to speak, where your personal passion and your professional life meet.
