For many years he worked as an internal/external consultant and he has operational experience as Project Manager, Logistics Manager and Materials Manager too. He likes to function in international and complex organizations or projects.
Important elements in his way of working are: understanding the organization's processes, knowledge sharing, proper definition of the requirements and associated documents, thorough preparation of the User Acceptance Test and tireless effort to support the users of the system. One important aspect of his approach is to implement reporting layers on the execution of the processes for test execution, go live support and for operational management using Power BI.
