Tiago Henriques is a dynamic leader dedicated to transforming companies into data-driven enterprises through the power of AI and machine learning. Since 2024, he has served as the Head of AI/ML Technology Practice for Google Cloud EMEA, where he spearheads innovative solutions that empower businesses to harness the full potential of AI technologies. After various roles in banks and consulting companies, Felix Wenzel joined the ERGO Insurance Group in 2002. He started in the finance and asset management department and managed numerous business and IT-related projects. To gain insights into the complex business model of a primary insurance company, he expanded his focus to include more insurance-related challenges. As head of the data management team for reporting, self-service BI and analytics in the property/casualty segment of ERGO Germany, he contributed to the digital transformation of ERGO from an early stage. In his current role as Head of Data Engineering and Data Strategy at ERGO Group AG, his passion for data, AI and IT is ideally combined. Felix completed a banking apprenticeship and holds a university degree in Business Administration with a focus on IT, Operations Research, and Industrial Cost Accounting.
Benjamin Wolters is the Head of Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Architecture at ROSEN. With extensive experience in artificial intelligence, data science, and agile software engineering, Benjamin has a proven track record of driving innovation and efficiency. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at a business consultancy, he advised over fifty companies across various industries on AI, business process automation, and agile methodologies. Additionally, he has a strong background in industrial automation technologies and has served as a project manager in AI and robotics at Fraunhofer IAIS. Benjamin is passionate about improving and automating challenges while ensuring human oversight.
I am currently responsible for the product "Data Platforms", part of the domain "Automatisiertes Fahren, E/E Absicherung, Fahrzeugerprobung" at the BMW Group. Prior to that I was responsible for global data platforms at BMW hosting use cases across multiple domains in the company, like manufactoring, connected Drive, vehicle development, finance or marketing.
Prior to BMW I was leading all global efforts related to Big Data, Personalization and Digital Analytics at PAYBACK which is part of the American Express group.
I hold a PhD and a diploma in Computer Science from the University of Innsbruck / Austria and the University of Passau / Germany respectively.
Since my diploma studies I developed an interest in intelligent use of data and semantics to drive businesses in multiple industries.
Wolfgang Halter is the Head of Data Science and Bioinformatics at Merck Life Science where he drives the application and development of AI methods and use-cases throughout all major business domains. He earned his Dr. Ing. from Universität Stuttgart, specializing in Automatic Control and Synthetic Biology. Dr. Halter has a strong interest in mathematical optimization, gene editing, and integrated decision-making, driving innovation at the intersection of biology, computation, and advanced analytics.
