After a master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino in Italy, Paolo focused on innovative distributed technologies, achieving top-level certifications and a notable curriculum in software development. He is the co-founder (2014) and CTO of Agile Lab, a fast-growing company focused on scalable technologies, Big Data and AI in production. Within the organization, Paolo leads Operations and Architectures. In the years he has been involved in very challenging Big Data projects around Europe with top enterprise companies. Starting from 2019 Paolo has becomes one of the emerging leaders in the Data Mesh and Data Strategy in Europe, driving 6 Data Mesh implementations at large enterprises, contributing to the community and creating Witboost, a Data Product Management platform.
Norbert Gergely, Head of Data Architecture and Lifecycle at Zeiss Grupp, has advanced data management and architecture experience across roles at MAN Truck & Bus, Vodafone, Sky Deutschland. His expertise spans serverless architectures, operational and analytical data management, cloud migrations, significantly impacting data strategy and operations. In his current position, he is driving the self-service areas of Data and Data Product Lifecycle, Data Discovery, Data Interoperability and Knowledge Management inside Zeiss.
