I have more than thirty years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry and have worked at Toyota in India for 13 years in various capacities starting from engineer to General Manager. I have worked for Bosch, Daimler, Staufen AG, Essel Deutschland during the course of my career.

During my stint as a Consultant at Staufen AG, I had the privilege and honour of doing projects with Mercedes Benz in Russia, Deutsche Bahn in Germany, Cameron One Sub Sea systems in Romania, Singapore and Malaysia, Fendt in Germany, Alstom in Saudi Arabia and many other companies.

My goal is to work with companies around the world and spread the concepts of Lean culture and thinking, helping them eliminate wastes, improve processes and become top performers.
