Wolfgang Wagner - Head of Retail Risk Solutions Management, 15+ years international banking experience, responsible for the design, development and implementation of Retail Risk specific products, toolsets and retail specific infrastructure roll-outs within the RBI group supporting the whole retail credit risk life cycle on application underwriting, analytics & portfolio management as well as for federal and central capital management areas. Constantly strives for improvements and regulatory compliance of risk tools and various modules of the Retail Credit Risk Solution (RCRS). Acting as Scrum Product Owner of group wide retail credit risk platform.

I was responsible for several projects where I directed development teams and implemented repeatable processes. The teams achieved 100 percent on-time delivery of software products. I was motivated both by the challenge of finishing the projects ahead of schedule and by managing the teams that achieved our goals.
